Overview
The new package feature allows hotels to bundle extra services (like meal plans, shuttles, or tickets) with room bookings. Guests are able to personalize their stay.
When a booking with addons is made through a channel, DerbySoft seamlessly translates these extras into the correct Package ID within your Property Management System (PMS).
This feature is ideal for services not included in your standard rate plans. It streamlines operations, enhances the guest experience, and ensures accurate records across all booking channels and your internal systems.
The scenarios outlined in the table represent common use cases for the Package feature. However, the actual applications are much broader. Hotels have the flexibility to create and customize packages to perfectly suit their unique offerings, guest needs, and property policies.
