Overview

If your property is not connected to a Property Management System (PMS), you can update your inventory and rate by going to Calendar on the main menu.

Description

You will find the following 2 Calendar views: 

Main Calendar - you can view your Inventory, Rates, Open/Close and Restriction by selecting specific channels 

Extranet Calendar - you can view and update your Inventory, Rates and Restriction

Both Calendar views allow you to filter by specific room type, rate plan and restriction.

Update Inventory

Go to [Extranet Calendar] > Inventory, you can click on inventory on a single day or drag the inventory across your desired date range, a pop up [Quick Update] on your right side allows you to update the inventory. Click [Apply] to save.

If you wish to update your inventory in an extended period of time, please refer to Bulk Update - Inventory

Update Rates

Go to [Extranet Calendar] > Rates, you can click on rate on a single day or drag rates across your desired date range, a pop up [Quick Update] on your right side allows you to update the 1 Adult / 2 Adult and Extra Adult rate. Click [Apply] to save.

If you wish to update your rates in an extended period of time, please refer to Bulk Update - Rates 

Update Restriction

Go to [Extranet Calendar] > Restriction, you can click on rate on a single day or drag rates across your desired date range, a pop up [Quick Update] on your right side allows you to apply / remove Stop Sell as default. Click on the list of values and you can also update other restrictions as shown on the screen. Click [Apply] to save.
