As part of our design update, the screenshots are currently being revised.

• Multi-Property now supports bulk activation for Hotelbeds, helping users activate multiple properties more efficiently from the group-level channel workflow.

• MakeMyTrip bulk activation has been enhanced to support channel room and rate plan descriptions. This helps users provide more complete channel-specific selling information during the onboarding process.

• Multi-Property users can now manually export room, rate, and product information from Multi-property > Channel > Channel Details for the current channel. Users can select one or multiple Connected properties, and the system will generate an Excel export with Room, Rate, and Products sheets, then send an email notification with a download link.

• Single Property users can now configure Reservation Rate Comparison at the channel level. When enabled for a channel, the channel-level threshold and action will override the hotel default policy, allowing users to choose either Alert Only or Auto-Reject when a reservation rate exceeds the configured threshold.
• Single Property Advanced Settings now include a Validate Cancel Policy switch when Reservation Auto-Confirmation is enabled. If users disable Validate Cancel Policy, PC will no longer validate cancellation policy rules and will pass all cancellation requests through to PMS; the setting includes a risk notice and is recorded in the Property Audit Log.

  

• OHIP Property API reservations now automatically truncate guest address lines to the first 80 characters when sending new reservations or modified reservations to Opera Cloud. This helps reduce booking failures caused by addresses exceeding Opera Cloud’s addressLine length limit.
• OHIP Property API modified reservations now filter duplicate guest names before sending reservation guest data to Opera Cloud PMS. When multiple guests in the same order have the same surname and given name, PC sends only the unique guest profile in the modification request, reducing failures caused by duplicate nameId values.

• A new feature that adding reservation auto repush at hotel channel level to control the reservation will be repushed automatically (up to 5 attempts) or not when a reservation has a failure delivery to Opera Cloud.
