Release Note 2026/08/05
Modified on: 2026-08-06 09:31
As part of our design update, the screenshots are currently being revised.
Mews
Connection
Enhancement
- Mews-connected properties now have a new Property > Advanced switch to control whether PC sends the original channel reservation number to Mews. When enabled, PC sends the original channelId without the DerbySoft suffix for new, modified, and cancelled reservations, helping downstream message integrations match the original channel reservation number correctly.

Multi Property
Ctrip
New Feature
- Multi-Property users can now bulk activate Ctrip by selecting Not Connected properties, downloading the Ctrip activation template, completing the required channel information, and uploading the file for validation. After validation succeeds, the selected properties will move to Pending Approval for Admin review.

- Multi-Property users can now perform bulk onboard rate plans for connected Ctrip properties. Users can select multiple group-level rate plans, onboard the related room types to Ctrip, and provide required Ctrip details such as room ticket package, price type, and payment method; the system will generate a data dump and notify Admin / CSM for Ctrip follow-up.

Channel
Enhancement
- Admin bulk approval now supports notification control. When notification is turned off, no email notifications will be sent during the bulk approval process.

Property Connector
Proeprty Portal
Enhancement
- The Phase 2 brand color update has been applied across PC pages to improve the overall visual experience and align the interface with the new brand style.
- Reservation exports in PC Property Portal and Connectivity Portal have been changed from synchronous export to asynchronous export to reduce timeout issues for large reports. Exported files will follow the selected filters and support up to 10,000 reservation records per export.
