The system now supports up to 3 decimal places when creating or updating taxes or fees with the amount type set to "Percentage." "Fixed" amount types will continue to support the standard 2 decimal places.

The "State" field has been changed from mandatory to optional during channel activation.

Properties utilizing the OHIP Streaming API can now automatically receive and process real-time updates for "RATE RESTRICTIONS" and "CLEAR RESTRICTIONS" events. This update allows properties to transition away from polling and seamlessly receive restriction updates instantly via the Streaming API.
- Processing the restriction on Room Class Level and Rate Category Level are supported
- FPLOS Excluded: Full Pattern Length of Stay (FPLOS) restrictions transmitted via this specific Streaming API payload (identified as LENGTH OF STAY NA) are currently bypassed and not supported in this update.

We have optimized how multi-guest reservations are delivered to properties connected via the Opera Cloud Distribution API.
With this update, all guest names from a reservation are now accurately transmitted within the dedicated reservationGuests field. The system automatically designates the first guest as the primary guest, and additional names are no longer relegated to the comments section. This enhancement applies to both new reservations and modifications, ensuring cleaner and more accurate guest profiles in the PMS.
