Opera Cloud (Whitelabel)

Enhancements

  • Support for Group Block Reservations in Opera Cloud
    Our system now fully supports delivering Group Block reservations to Opera Cloud White Label hotels. This is achieved through the implementation of a dedicated reservationBlock node in the API payload.
    This enhancement significantly strengthens the integration between distribution channel and Opera Cloud White Label hotels for all group-related reservations, ensuring data consistency across systems.


  • Support for Direct Bill Payment Method
    We have introduced a channel hotel level configuration switch that enables the transmission of Direct Bill as a payment method for Opera Cloud White Label Hotels.
    This expands our existing payment support beyond Cash and Credit Cards. Once enabled, the system can seamlessly transmit "Direct Bill" instructions, facilitating corporate and contract billing workflows.

    We have upgraded the payment method transmission logic for Premier Inn Hotels to send credit card payment method to folio Window 2 via Opera Cloud Distribution reservation API.
