Channel

Enhancement

  • When configuring channel connections for a group, users are allowed to use a custom supplier ID. 


Important: You must first set up the channel connection with the same supplier ID on DerbySoft GO/Build before proceeding.


  • For properties connected to GreenCloud PMS, we now support configuring booking name habits at the property-channel level. The name concatenation logic is as follows:
    • English Habit (System Default): The name format is "First Name + Space + Last Name", meaning names are passed to GreenCloud in formats like "三 张" or "San Zhang".
    • Chinese Habit: The name format is "Last Name + First Name" (no spaces), meaning names are passed to GreenCloud in formats like "张三" or "ZhangSan".



Multi-property

New Feature

  • Group users can now efficiently create and publish multiple properties in bulk. The operation steps are as follows:
    1. Click "Add Properties" → "Import" button.
    2. Choose the PMS Connection Type and download the corresponding template.
    3. Fill out the template and upload.
    4. The system will automatically verify the imported data and create for those successfully uploaded properties.
Note:

  • New Creations Only: This feature is strictly for onboarding new properties. It does not support batch modifications of existing hotels.
  • PMS Compatibility: Currently, the system only supports bulk imports for Opera Cloud (OHIP) and Oracle Cloud (Distribution) PMS connections.

Enhancements

  • We have optimized the input rules for the following fields: Source Code, Market Code, Property Source Code, and Property Market Code. Users can now include spaces in the middle of these fields.
Note: Please note that spaces are still not permitted at the very beginning or at the end of these inputs.



PMS

New Feature

  • A new Content Inspector section has been added to the PC-PMS portal for Opera Cloud Distrbution White Label Project. This section provides real-time visibility of API payloads, which significantly reduces troubleshooting time and communication costs when hotel creation fails.
