As part of our design update, the screenshots are currently being revised.

Pre-requisition: An active Property Management System (PMS) is required. To enable automated data provision, the PMS must be successfully integrated with IDeaS RMS.

1. The hotel manages all the Rate codes in PMS.
2. PMS connected with PC for all rate headers (Bar Rates, Derived Rates), all restrictions, Inventories updates and Reservations.
3. PMS pushes provision to IDeaS.
4. IDeaS pushes decisions to the Property Connector,, including BAR Rate updates, Overbooking Unit for each room type, MinLOS or Hurdles.
5. Hotel users can manage the PC-IDeaS connection for which rate codes to receive rate updates/hurdles from IDeaS via PC portal.
