Overview

Channel Mix Dashboard track the following performance across channels, enabling strategic adjustments to marketing and sales efforts:

• Occupancy
• Average Daily Rate (ADR)
• Room Night Contribution
• Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR)
• Average Lead Time
• Length of Stay

Before running this report, you should define your desired Channel Group and Channel Code as per the following instruction:

1.) Click on the "Config" icon on the top right corner. 

2.) You can either add a new Channel Group and Channel Code or edit the existing ones.

3.) Add Channel Code and associate with your Property Channel code, then save.

4.) Add Channel Group - Define the Channel Group and select your desired channel codes in this group, you can click "Add Channel Code" if needed; then save.

Users are able to select various date range (Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last Month, MTD, YTD or Custom) and compare with Previous Period or Same Period Last Year. 

ADR and RevPAR is in local currency. However, you can click on "Learn More" to bring you to the currency conversion website.

Table View

1. Channel Group / Code Data 
2. Performance (Occupancy, ADR, RN Contribution, RevPAR, Average Lead Time, LOS)
3. Total value of all the Channel Mix by respective performance
4. Table view icon 

Pie Chart View

1. Total Room Nights Contribution
2. Room Nights Contribution of respective channel (RN and the %)
3. Color code for Channel Group and Channel Code
4. Pie Chart view icon

How to export a report

Click on the "Export Dashboard" icon on the top right corner to download the data to your local drive.
