Overview

Pick Up Dashboard measures sales activity and monitors booking momentum. You can define your pick up date range for the stay date period. It also shows key metrics like Occupancy, Revenue, Revenue per available room (RevPAR) and Average Daily Rate (ADR) which allow you to identify areas of opportunity, review your pricing strategies, promotional campaigns and overall room sales efforts to ensure you are on a path to sustained growth and success. 


Users are able to view the Pick up data by Room Nights, ADR or Revenue, with a defined Pick up Date and Stay Date. 

Mark the "Fixed show key metrics" checkbox to fix the key metrics (Occupancy, Revenue, Revenue per available room (RevPAR) and Average Daily Rate (ADR) view without scrolling the data till the bottom if you have a wide Pick up date range. 


The scale at the bottom allows user to define the data range of alerted performance.


ADR and Revenue is in local currency. However, you can click on "Learn More" to bring you to the currency conversion website.
