Channel Connection

New Features:

[General]:

• For channels utilizing the [Channel Room Rates] mapping model, users now have the option to filter product status in the [Channel Room Rates]section. The filter list includes three statuses:
  • Preview
  • Live
  • Unselected: Represents rate plans that have not been selected by clicking the checkbox.   

[Fliggy]:

• Users now can set up the Price Type in Channel > [Fliggy] > Extended Setting > Price Type.

Enhancement:

[Ctrip Domestic]:

• We have implemented the Ctrip Domestic automatic monitoring system. If the property reservation failure rate exceeds 20%, the connection may experience a one-hour downtime, and an alarm will be sent to hotel users. It is crucial for hotel users to promptly update ARI data to prevent the hotel from being hidden by Ctrip.

PMS Connection

[Opera Cloud]:

• A new PMS has been added when creating a new hotel.
  • Support creating property automatically in the Property Connector.
  • Support importing room type and rate plan creation in the Property Connector.
  • Set fetch schedule to update inventoies, rates, restrictions.
  • Reservation delivery.
