You can enable the Property Connector reservation auto-confirmation tool to authenticate DerbySoft to confirm/reject any booking request from the channels, based on your inventories and availabilities that we receive from your PMS. 

Once the booking request is confirmed, the inventories would be deducted accordingly.  We will also send the booking confirmation notification email to the email address you set up in our system.

Also, for cancellation requests from the channel, we will check the check-in date and cancellation policies in DerbySoft Property Connector Portal.
