We are reaching out to let you know that we have experienced Booking acknowledgement delay at our end on May 31,2023.

Outage Description: Booking Delivery
Outage Start Date/Time: May 31, 2023 14:05 PM (GMT+7 BKK time)
Outage End Date/Time : Jun 01, 2023 12:00 PM (GMT+7 BKK time)
Outage Impact for Channel Manager and connected hotels: You may have experienced that the bookings created in this outage window were delivered to you with a delay.
If you face overbooking due to this delivery delay, please advise the properties to contact biz@agoda.com for further support.
Should the problem persist, please feel free to reach out to us using the below contacts.
Note: This outage notification is shared across all Channel Managers. If you are not impacted by the specified outage, no action needs to be taken
