Background
We have migrate the Members & Levels function from DSOne to the Property Connector.
1. How to access Members & Levels
Once you log in to the Property Connector, click on [Members & Levels] from the left menu.
2. Member
2.1 View and filter existing members
(1) You are able to view the existing member and respective information.
(2) You can also filter your search by: a. Member No.; b. Email; c. Phone; d. Member Levels; e. Registration Time.
2.2 Add Member
(1) Click [Add Member] button on the top right corner.
(2) Fill in the required data including:
a. Member Name (Mandatory field): Please fill in your name properly, you can search by Member name;
b. Member Level (Mandatory field): If you have not define a specific level, only default levels are shown;
c. Email (Optional field): Please fill in your email address, you can search by Email;
d. Phone (Mandatory field): Please fill in your phone number (only number, space, or + - # * is accepted), you can search by phone number.
2.3 Edit existing Member information
You can click on [Member No] or [Edit] to update member information (Member Name, Member Level, Email and Phone) except Member No..
2.4 Activate or Deactivate existing Member
(1) You can deactivate existing member. Once deactivated member can only access MEB1 level’s rate amount.
(2) You can activate existing member. Once activated member can access the respective rate amount based on their Member Level.
3. Member Level
3.1 Default Member Level Name
Default Member Level Name VIP1, VIP2, VIP3, VIP4 was set up in PC, you can edit the existing level or [Add Level] to manage.
3.2 Add Member Level
(1) Click [Add Level] on top right corner.
(2) Fill in Level Name (Mandatory field).
3.3 Edit existing Member Level
You can click on [Member Code] or [Edit] to edit Level Name, please note that [Level Code] is non-editable.

4. Viewing Member related information from Reservation
(1) On your Property Connector - [Reservation] module, you are able to identify Member’s reservation by the member icon. You can also search all Members' reservations by filtering [Member related] checkbox.
(2) You are able to view Member No and Member Level under [Contact Person].
