Channel Connection


General Enhancement:

Hotel users could start to preview the rates of the rate codes when go live to a channel, by clicking the button 'Save and preview', before the rates are actually pushed to the channel.

Ctrip Overseas:

Enhancements:

  • The Ctrip Room + Air Ticket package could be supported in the connection.

  • The hotel users could start to update the content information including Price Type (Net or Sell) and Payment Method (POA or Prepaid) of the room rates are lived in the Ctrip connection.

  • The room rates that are live in the connection could be deactivted in the PC Portal now. If the hotel user deactivate a room rate, this will be deactivated also in the connection (The master close will be sent to Ctrip, and rate updates will no longer push to Ctrip anymore).



Ctrip Domestic:

Enhancements:

  • The room rate mapping could be updated after the room rate are live in the connection. The process has been optimized for shorter processing time.

Fliggy:

Enhancements:

  • The hotel users could start to update all the content information including Bed type, Payment Method (POA or Prepaid) of the room rates are live in the Fliggy connection.

  • The room rates that are live in the connection could be deactivated in the PC Portal now. If the hotel user deactivate a room rate, this will be deactivated also in the connection (The master close will be sent to Fliggy, and no rate updates will be pushed to Fliggy anymore).

Meituan Domestic:

Enhancements:

  • The enhancement has been made to support new version of EBK of Meituan.

PMS Connection

Xiruan:

New Features:

  • A new feature to support different credit card types and payment types.

SEP:

Enhancements:

  • Source code has been added in PC Portal to track which channel the booking is coming from, and this will be sent to SDS with the booking delivery to SEP. 

Open API:

Enhancements:

  • Market code has been added in the spec of booking delivery.

Room Management

New Features:

Virtual Room types

  • Hotel users could start to create virtual room types. The inventory of the room types could be updated in the Bulk update in the Calendar manually.

Rate Management

New Features:

Rate plan deactivation

  • A new button has been added in the Portal to deactivate a rate plan.

If you deactivate a rate plan before you unassign the room rate to the channels (unchecked the room rate on the page ‘Channel Room Rate' for each channel’) , DerbySoft will push master close to the channel. Please make sure you uncheck all Channel Room Rate before deactivation. 

Virtual Rate plans

  • Hotel users could start to create virtual rate plans. The rate could be updated in the Bulk update in the Calendar manually.

Calendar

Enhancement:

  • Hotel users could start to update the rates and restrictions for virtual rate plans, inventories for virtual room types in the Bulk update.

  • A new tag will be added for any of the room rate that are with the status 'Preview'.
