How to add new room type/rate plan to Agoda/Booking.com/Expedia

Before you do the Channel Mapping, please make sure the new room type or new rate plan are created and activated in both the channel and your PMS.
Create the new rate plan in the Property Connector, for example, RBAR-BKNG
Go to Channel, under Channel Mapping, you should be able to locate your new rate plan on the left hand side for the Channel room rates, on the right side please map the new rate code you've just created accordingly.
Once the mapping is saved, we will push the data to the channel automatically. You can validate in your channel extranet Calendar view after 10-15 mins. If you have any question, please contact pc.help@derbysoft.net
