New Features:

Automated Booking Confirmation

  • A new feature to automate the booking confirmation has new been released. With the permission and authorization from the hotel group, after a live check on the DerbySoft cached Avails and inventories, booking requests from channels could be confirmed automatically before the PMS confirmation ID has been retured.

PMS Connection

Opera-OXI:

New Features:

  • A new feature to attach company profiles to the bookings from Expedia special program.

Enhancements:

  • For hotels using OXI, the Alt names of bookings will appear in the booking only when the hotel user activate the feature 'Latinize Guest Name'.


Calendar


  • The new feature 'Sort and Favorite' has been released.

Sort: The hotel users can use the new feature to sort the room types in the calendar.


Favorite: The hotel users can use the new feature to set the favorite rate codes on top of the list in the calendar.

  • Redesign the Navibar in the top right of the calendar. A new button has been added for the new feature ‘Sort' and 'Favorite’.

  • The performance of the data loading of the page has been enhanced.


General Enhancement


  • The '+' is now supported in the rate code/room type code.

  • When user use the keyword to search for bookings in the Reservation page, all bookings with the ID ,which contains the keyword, will be listed in the booking list.

  • The daily rates have been added to the bookings notification email.
