Before you have switched the connection Expedia to DerbySoft, you can download the CSV file from Expedia and upload it to start the room type ID, rate code mapping in advance.

Download the mapping and Import

1. Login

Login to Expedia Partner Central Partner Central - Login

2. Select 'Room types and rate plans'

Select 'Rooms and rates' from the left menu.

Select 'Room types and rate plans.'

3. Export

Click 'Export CSV'.

4. Import

In the DerbySoft Property Connector, find 'Expedia' in the Tab 'Available channel".

Click 'Import'.

5. Upload CSV file

Click  'Click to browse' and select the csv file downloaded.

6. Validation

When you see the following error messages, please send ticket to pc.help@derbysoft.net with your CSV file attached.

7. Save draft

Once the CSV file is uploaded successfully, the mapping table will be shown as below.

You can finish the mapping before the cutover, and click 'Save Draft' anytime to save the finished mapping.

Note: Please do not click 'Save & Go Live' before the cutover.
