Before You Read

The DerbySoft Property Connector provides the OPERA users with the feature to map the channel with the pre-defined Origin code, Source code in your OPERA, when the bookings are delivered to your OPERA system via OXI interface.

Instruction

1. You can map the channel with the OPERA Origin Code. Once it is mapped correctly, for every booking from the channel, you can find the Origin code in the reservation.
   
   How to find the List of Origin codes
   Step1 Open any of the bookings in your OPERA PMS
   Step2 Click the box right to the field Origin
   Note: For some properties, Origin Code is shown as Channel in the OPERA-Reservation page.
   
   
   
2. You can map the channel with the OPERA Source Code. Once it is mapped correctly, for every booking from the channel, you can find the Source Code in the reservation.
   
   How to find the List of Source codes
   Step1 Open any of the bookings in your OPERA PMS
   Step2 Click the box right to the field Source
   
   
   
3. Please input the ‘External System Code of CRS No.’ with the expected code you would like to find as the External System Code for the CRS Number on the reservation page.
