Overview
Hoteliers can perform various configuration and operation. After registering as an individual or Group user you are able to create a hotel, assign administrator right to the specific users. Single property user can invite other user with Admin, Operator or Reservation Agent access level.
User permissions
User Role | Access Level | Others |
|---|---|---|
Admin | Home, Calendar, Rooms, Rates, Channel, Reservation, Analytics & Reports, Property, User Management, Approval Management | Full access including ability to create new property |
Operator | Home, Calendar, Rooms, Rates, Channel, Reservation, Analytics & Reports, Property | No User Management rights |
| Reservation Agent | Reservation | Only Reservation access |
Attention: When you have multiple hotel access level, you can switch to your desired hotel by clicking the [Property] in the upper left corner.
