Overview

When a hotel group requires unified management of all hotels, group users can centrally manage the creation, editing, and operation of hotels. The DerbySoft admin will create a group after receiving the group application, and assign administrator rights to the specified account. Group users can invite other employees in the company to become group admins or operators.

Multi-group Switching

When your account has multiple groups, you can click the group name in the upper left corner to select different groups.

Hotel List

Hotel listings can be created or managed from your accommodation page.

1. Add Property to create a property

2. Click on property link to access property home page

3. Click Enter to access property home page

4. Click Manage to assign group rate plan or room type


User Management

You can view all user information, including email, role, status, and operation. You can also click the button in the upper right corner to add users.
