1. Channel Preparation

Please confirm whether your hotel has worked with the channel and clarify the channel hotel type as the requirement varies. 

Ctrip Hotel Type：
China Independent 
China Group
Overseas Independent 
Overseas Group

2. Property Connector Channel Setting

2.1  Channel Activation

a) Go to Channel and click on Available Channel. Search for Ctrip and click Connect. 

b) Some of the information have been populated please work on the remaining required information.

Important：
Please make sure the commercial agreement has been signed

c) Ctrip Hotel Type

Ctrip provides a variety of hotel type for connection. Please confirm your hotel type with Ctrip Market Manager.   

d) After selection and activate, please wait for DerbySoft Customer Success team to activate the connection。

2.2 Channel Setting / Channel Rooms/Rates 

You can continue your Channel Setting. The channel is listed under [Available Channel] with Connecting status. You can continue the set up.

2.2.1 Depending on the "Hotel Type on Ctrip" you selected in the previous step, you can perform different channel settings, channel rooms/rates

a) China Independent Hotel

    Difference between 1 way and 2 way

b) China Group

c) Overseas Independent  

d) Overseas Group

3. Channel is connected

When you finish and submit the channel room rates/room types mapping, Congratulations! The Ctrip connection is established. The channel can be located within the "Connected Channel" list.
