Introduction - User Types

There are 3 major Property Connector user categories. You can apply for various roles based on your business needs.

• PMS - for PMS Vendors, user is able to view a list of PMS users
• Multi Property - for Hotel Chain and Management Company,  user is able to add and manage multi hotels in one stop.
• Property - for Reservation, Front Desk and Revenue Management, user is able to manage channel and bookings based on their user roles
• Connectivity - allow supplier users to manage the connections via setting, trigger, reservations, etc.

Helpful Tips

When you have multiple user roles, you can switch to different modules by clicking the top left icon.
