Overview
To protect guests' personal information, data like Guest Name, Phone, Email and Address are masked by default on reports and booking notification. You can enable this function to unmask that data. Meanwhile extra security check is needed when downloading reports
Reservation Screen
You are able to click "Show full info" to display unmask Guest and Contact Person details.
Booking List Report
When downloading the Booking List Report, Property Connector password is required for verification.
A pop up box indicates the file download result, please expect two emails in your mailbox - Report Generates and Unzip Password.
