A hotel user can do stop sell from DerbySoft Property Connector directly. DerbySoft will push a 'Closed' to the channels once the stop sell is triggered.

If you would like to do the stop sell for a rate code for one day on a particular channel... 

Alternatively, you can also do a bulk update for one room type, one rate plan, or even the property in a batch.

Please note...

1) The stop sell will always override the open/closed we received from your PMS if the PMS is connected.

2) The stop sell will NOT be pushed back to your PMS if the PMS connection is lived.

3) When you want to remove stop sell from Bulk Update, please make sure you select Room Rates level (room type + rate plan). If you choose other option it will override the room rates level. For example, you applied a stop sell of Rate Plan [FLEX] and room type A and B. Now you perform a bulk update > Remove Stop Sell > Room Type A. The room rates level [FLEX] + [A] will also re-open.
